Each year UKATA members can be nominated for a medal. Anybody can nominate a medalist an the only eligibility criteria for those nominated is tahtthey are members of UKATA.
Each year, at National Conference, medals can be awarded to students, practitioners and trainers from all four fields who the judges feel have excelled in some way in the award criteria.
The medal would be in the form of a custom made 60mm diameter coin on a blue ribbon, presented with a velvet case for storage. Medal recipients from each year are invited to form a panel of judges for the following years medal awards.
Perhaps you know someone in the TA community who deserves to be recognised by us all for personal growth, overcoming adversity, service to TA or a contribution to the development of TA practice. Perhaps you know someone who has helped you or others or who embodies the spirit of TA.
